MS / GI Zigzag Honeycomb Grating is a specially designed industrial and architectural grating solution made using mild steel (MS) or galvanized iron (GI) sheets and flats, formed into a zigzag or honeycomb pattern. This unique structure provides high strength with reduced weight, along with excellent ventilation, drainage, and light transmission.

The zigzag honeycomb design allows uniform load distribution while maintaining an attractive and modern appearance. It is ideal for applications where both functionality and aesthetics are required, such as industrial walkways, platforms, mezzanine floors, building facades, stair landings, and machine enclosures. The open pattern prevents water and debris accumulation, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

These gratings are available in standard-duty and medium-duty load configurations. They can be fabricated in custom sizes and shapes as per site drawings. Edge banding or frames can be provided for added strength, easy handling, and safe installation.
