Electroforged Grating
Electroforged Grating is a high-strength welded grating system manufactured using an automated electro-forging process. In this process, load-bearing bars and cross bars are fused together at every intersection under high pressure and electrical current. This creates a rigid, uniform, and extremely strong grating panel capable of handling heavy industrial loads.
The electro-forged welding method ensures consistent joint strength, precise spacing, and superior load distribution across the entire panel. This makes electroforged gratings ideal for heavy-duty industrial environments such as refineries, power plants, chemical facilities, steel plants, and offshore platforms where safety, strength, and long-termdurability are critical.
These gratings are available in standard-duty and heavy-duty configurations. Load-bearing bars can be plain or serrated to provide anti-slip performance in wet, oily, or dusty working conditions. The open-grid design allows free drainage of water, chemicals, and debris while also permitting light and airflow through the structure.
